Hello Levi,

Actually if you overcook [one word, not two] cabbage, many of the nutrients
will go into the cooking water, turning it into a vital broth. Purple
cabbage (maybe aka red cabbage) is very high in glutathione, which is
important for rebuilding the lining of the digestive tract in cases of
diverticulosis and diverticulitis. My mother had the former, and I had her
prepare it by cooking it until the color came out, the cabbage turned blue,
and the water was well-colored. She got equally beneficial results from
drinking the liquid and from eating the ('over')cooked cabbage.

Word actually does have an amazing spelling and grammar checker, but I have
caught it in errors from time to time. Assumptions such as yours,
especially when they are derived from your ego, are likely to be more
frequent sources of errors. It would be best for you to apply your demands
to yourself, and be more gentle with others.

Regards,

Mark

Flavour, is incorrect. so is colour. They are correctly spelled, flavor,
and color, according to Microsoft word. Also, under the heading boiling,
the last sentence, should read "If you over cooked cabbage, all the
nutrients would be lost." I am very strict on grammar, so please fix this.
Hi Levi,
This is a wiki, so you are able to improve and refine the pages.
Bear in mind that as an international project, the Commonwealth spelling of
flavour, colour, labour etc is correct spelling in other parts of the
English speaking world and all you need to do is change the dictionary of
your Word processor for the appropriate region. Our convention in
WikiEducator is to respect the spelling conventions of the author's
jurisdiction. Of course, authors in North America are free to use flavor,
color etc for pages they create in the wiki.
