The WikiEducator User Page Expo <http://wikieducator.org/UPE> ("UPE" to its
friends) is an ongoing event to acknowledge WikiEducator user pages that
are particularly informative, innovative, visually appealing, or otherwise
just plain clever.

We are happy to announce the winner for November 2014. He is Jonas
BÀckelin. Lets learn more about him and the excellent work he is doing.

Jonas BÀckelin <http://wikieducator.org/User:SwedInBalchik> is an
innovative teacher and education coach, works for eduToolkit
<http://wikieducator.org/EduToolkit> which is a *Grassroots Organization*
promoting *Teachers Open Online Learning* (TOOL) for Professional
Development. They focus on *The Networked Teacher* and are interested
in *Networked
Literacy & Fluency* in education. He is further working on a *Community of
Expert Practitioners* (CEPs). Jonas is a promoter of *peer-to-peer*(P2P)
learning and use of *Computer Supported Collaborative learning* (CSCL). He
is further interested in knowledge and skills that would be required for
the 21st century. Through his work he promotes the ability to learn social
media skills, networked literacy, communication and to make decision or
solve problems with only partial understanding.
